Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (Not a guaranteed service)


Q: I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it?
A: Please notify us within 24 hours of order receipt and we will get respond within 24 hours. Once we are in contact with you, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

 

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at khbillions89@gmail.com and we will replied within 24hours.

We request photos of damaged item to be emailed to us before any new item is sent.

Shipping Carton: It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at khbillions89@gmail.com.

 

Q: Will I be refund for shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

 

Q: What if I have a health issue and the product result does blend well with skin?

A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
